How do I enrol my child?

You may begin by booking a centre visit at your preferred location to see our facilities and meet our team. Complete the registration forms and submit required documents (child’s birth certificate, immunisation records, and parent identification). Our staff will guide you through the fees, transition process and arrange an orientation session to help your child settle comfortably into their new preschool environment.

Can I enrol mid-year?

Yes, we accept enrolments throughout the year subject to availability in your preferred programme and age group. Contact your preferred centre in Singapore directly to check current vacancies. We work with you to ensure a smooth transition for your child, regardless of when they join us during the academic calendar. Mid-year enrolment is a common practice, and children adapt well with our support.

Do you give priority to siblings?

Yes, siblings of current or former Junior Champs students receive enrolment priority. This allows families with multiple children to enjoy continuity in early childhood education. Kindly mention sibling details during registration, and our team will process your application accordingly.

What is your teacher-to-student ratio?

We maintain ratios well below the regulated requirements set by ECDA, ensuring each child receives meaningful individual attention. Our smaller class sizes allow educators to observe, support and respond to each child’s unique learning pace, developmental needs and interests throughout their preschool journey with us.

How is activity-based learning better?

Do you operate during public holidays?

Junior Champs centres are closed on weekends and public holidays. Our centres operate Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm. Details (including closure dates and other special occasions) of the academic calendar will be provided during registration. 

How do you handle allergies and dietary restrictions?

During enrolment, we collect detailed information about your child’s dietary requirements, allergies and medical conditions. Our staff are trained to manage food allergies carefully, and we work with families to provide suitable meal alternatives. Severe allergies are communicated to all relevant staff members, and emergency protocols are established for your child’s safety.

How often do you provide progress updates?

Parents receive regular updates through our dedicated app, including weekly activity photos, milestone achievements and observations. Staying connected is a key part of our partnership with families. Formal progress reports are provided termly and bi-annually, with parent-teacher conferences scheduled to discuss your child’s development in a detailed and meaningful way. Teachers are also available during drop-off and pick-up times for informal communication.

Can I transfer my child between centres?

Inter-centre transfers are possible subject to availability at your desired location. Contact both centres to discuss the transfer process, timing and any administrative requirements. We aim to make transitions as seamless as possible, maintaining continuity in your child’s learning experience across our preschools.

Do you have special education teachers?

Junior Champs’ fees vary based on citizenship status and programme level. Singapore citizens benefit from government subsidies, while Permanent Residents and foreigners have different fee structures. Three of our four centres operate under the Partner Operator Scheme (POP), offering affordable rates for eligible families.
